II Virtual Course Gaia Education Design for Sustainability, GEDS
October 2009 - July 2010 , virtual course organized in collaboration with the Campus for Peace and Solidarity, the Open University of Catalunya, UOC
This online course is based on the four pillars of recognized Course Ecovillage Design, EDE (Ecovillage Design Education): the social, economic, ecological and cultural. This is a course that uses all the experience and expertise developed in a network of some of the most successful eco-villages and communities on the planet. With the recognition of UNITAR (United Nations Agency for Research and Training), the DTS course is an official contribution to the Decade for Sustainable Development.
