Hi friend @ s,
Sometimes I feel a deep tear in my being, among a self that lives
beset by the idea that it takes time to make everything that
like, at the same time hides its somewhat vain desire to be seen and appreciated
, and an inner voice which invites me to relax, to do nothing.
At least nothing that does not arise the moment, anything that imposes an unsustainable burden
, nothing other than a flow with what is simple. I pulled my
from me to many places, unaware of their limitations, their finiteness,
and urges me with the intoxicating melody that the world needs me and wants to hear my voice
actually his voice. As a result, my heart beat fast
places as my body trembles and cries
silent hunger for rest. From within, the voice of wisdom reminds me
breathe, just breathe slowly and deeply. Once calm is
installed in my cells and reduces stress, an idea hits me with
force, an idea often heard and now acquires its full meaning
